- Find your pharmacy’s page and note its NHS ODS code (shown in the Contact section, for example FA123).
- Fill in the form below with the correction or the extra detail, such as Sunday hours, a lunch break, a service you offer or step-free access.
- We check the change against your NHS website profile or your own website, then update your page. We may email you if we need to confirm something.
Listings and corrections are free. You do not need to link to us.
